Pictures and descriptions accurately reflect the item received. The price was fantastic and the seller worked with us when we sent in an offer. The rollator is a beautiful shade of blue which is moms favorite color. The quality is fantastic. The larger wheels help these types of rollators move smoothly and provide great stability. Super happy with our purchase and highly recommend this seller :-)

I decided to keep the item with the agreement that we hope it will work as it is supposed to because we need it this week. Communication was good.
