The item is a locking differential for my jeep and if 1 of these parts are missing it’s not going to function correctly or at all. They have asked if I could contact local parts shops. And they would pay but I have had no luck with finding a replacement. Also the package was in which the item was delivered looked to be rewrapped and locker had been returned and just sent out again
