Communication went silent. After threatening to file a refund 3 weeks in, they finally responded. They refunded me less than half the cost of shipping, but they didn't provide any tangible way for me to know where my package was. A month after purchasing Fed ex had never received it. I don't believe they ever shipped it. This seller is not prepared to be a seller.
