She immediately refunded me the cost of the bowl and shipping for one bowl (even though I bought five) and let me know the issue. Communication was fast and clear. She was professional and generous (she sent the fifth bowl for me to do as I wished.) Be confident that even if there are problems with your order, she will take care of you!
