They said the seller didn't pay enough postage (couldn't see the problem) but seller refunded. Great communication throughout. Arrived well packaged and as described. Thank you

It was well packed, pleased to see recycled paper used in packaging. Value was excellent, even more so with the Winter Sale 15% and free postage. Was despatched promptly although Royal Mail delivered it on the last day of the "window". First class service however from the seller who I'm sure I've used before.
