Packaging & handling are performed using the best materials with plenty of padding in a cardboard box to ensure arrival without the normal case damage from less careful sellers who often skimp on packaging. I have seen to many complaints over CD's shipped in thin packing to save money and more often than not they come damaged. I on purpose downgrade my CD's that way if its better people are very happy if I upgrade not so much. Your feedback is the reason why I am in this business, it's all about customer service to me.
