Shipping was incredibly quick only one thing I can say is the box that the glass top was in was in terrible condition. In fact we had the Fed Ex delivery person stand by until we opened it. The box was torn, bent, had tape all over it to try to hold it together. I held my breath, I was sure it was broken. The seller put all kinds of stickers on it alerting whomever handled it to do so with care. It was stamped fragile, glass, please do not drop.

Both were packed well and arrived in perfect condition except that one was missing some parts. Unbeatable sales reacted quickly to the issue immediately sending me a return label. Their customer service department is excellent. The hanging birdfeeder as well built, and should last for years. I sent meesage to unbeatable solutions . They responded quickly apologized and offered me 2 options keep the box and get a partial refund or return for a fool refund. I diceded to keep the box for partial refund . They deposit the money the next day. Would definatly recommend doing buisness.
