I wrote a letter to the seller explaining the situation, and I received a quick response with an explanation and an apology for the inconvenience. On the same day, the seller refunded my purchase without any issues. Recommended this seller!

USPS held package for 3 days before moving on from initial drop off location. The seller, dropped item off either later that day or the next morning, I dont recall.
