Unfortunately, the item arrived more "used" than anticipated. Exterior showed several scuff marks. Additionally, the listing outlined one age spot, but, upon arrival there were more than one visible age spots on the chrome that were not accounted for; multiple throughout the inside of the lid and two on the exterior rim. Overall, an okay experience.

All four JOY Christmas plates arrived so safely and are as beautiful as the seller said. They were packed in foam, tissue and newsprint so they arrived safely. She also explained my purchase would be shipping out right away and it was just too cute and hope I enjoyed my item. The customer service was phenomenal. She put extra foam and cushion to make sure my purchase arrived in one piece as described. The price was so cheap for such lovely dish. To have it in my hands let just say the picture don' give all it just due.
