Reasonable shipping and excellent customer service and communication. Restrictions on shipping of fluids were made clear before the transaction was processed. They even preserved the label as they rinsed out the ink bottle. Beautiful pen, top notch seller.

The packaging was immaculate, the item was as described, maybe even a little better, and it was shipped as fast as it could be. The item was in immaculate condition, and I was a little wary about the price, for just a pen, but oh my god! This was a perfect purchase for my soul, it writes so good. The pen make my handwriting so much better. I love this pen, it is so beautiful too. Will order another one some time soon!
