The compressor, dryer, and orifice tube were shipped together in one box, while the condenser unit arrived separately two days later without a tracking number. Although the split shipment caused a slight delay, the parts were in excellent condition. Fast 2 day delivery, but unfortunately I did receive a compressor that did have an issue. But after contacting the company, they promptly messaged me back asking to send another; never had customer service this convenient! The new one arrived and installed within an hour and now I have AC again. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great buy and service.
