She said to mail it back to her because she has insurance..I mailed it..now she only wants to refund me $9.90 postage..then to file for a refund on EBay…this has been going on for almost 2 weeks. I bought 2 dresses from her ..she does not combine shipping..Beware she’s trying to get out of my refund and get money back from Post office. In stead she shipped it via the Post Office. I called eBay about how to issue a refund in this case and was given instructions of how to handle it. I passed the instructions to her and after it was resolved issued her a refund. She never asked me about any combined shipping, never followed the official return process, and wouldn't answer my emails timely
