The item was shipped, packed very carefully and arrived at my location with zero damage. I would recommend this company to anybody excellent experience I wish more companies would like these guys the product arrived as described. There was a small little bit of scratch on the door, which the owner brought it to my attention before I purchased it. Excellent excellent value.

Motor had damage occur during the packing process prior to shipping. Seller communicated this quickly and clearly as well as sent photos. They offered several solutions and one we mutually agreed upon. Motor was shipped quickly and packaged well. Would not hesitate do business with them again in the future.
