I was repairing a zipper on my rain gear and have zero experience doing this. Not sure what would work so I contacted Zipperstop and got a fast reply and pointed to what I needed. Had a few more questions and needs and was helped quickly. Items arrived right away, and my rain gear and I are now ready for the weather. Thanks for your help. Highly recommend!!!
