Tested the worst condition router and it worked great and was as described. There was a minor issue that the power cables weren't included as advertised, BUT the seller immediately responded and offered to either refund me the value of the cables or ship them to me separately. The seller was quick to respond when I contacted them about the issue. I was given the option of returning for a full refund or keeping the item for a partial refund. Communication was great and we had it sorted out within a few days. Fast/prompt shipping, although the packaging and padding was too lightweight for such a heavy item, but thankfully it only had to travel 50 miles.
