Ordered on Nov 5, and tracking number showed waiting on package until November 14. Delivery date was shown to be Nov. 15. SN Equine stated that they shipped it. Nov 17 still showing no package was received at shipper. Still SN said package was coming back to them now in 2 days. I asked for a refund. Asked for a refund twice and got it on Nov. 21. Did not re-order. Snipe hunt.
