I’m not complaining about shipping time i understand this comes from overseas and imports to the US are changing. I will say the handling time was a little long it wasn’t sent out for a week after i paid. Still overall good experience for how good the product was

The item came well packaged and the condition was as described. The player language was in Japanese but a small program can change this easily and quickly without harming the device (search for 'SonyNWDestTool'). The seller thoughtfully included printed English instructions from Sony. I would recommend this seller as they were attentive to any questions I had and the item was sent quickly.

Both times, the items arrived 2-3 days after purchase, all the way from Japan. And the items always look brand new. The way the items are packaged is more like art. Very precise bubble wrapping inside a Japanese box. It is clear that this seller cares about the items being shipped out. I always smile when I unbox an item from this seller. I can't recommend him enough
