The app allows you to tailor the sound to your hearing!! _________These are always sent super fast and are in the best condition. Would never have guessed they were used. The quality is out of this world and we plan to buy from this seller again. 10/10!!

Was packaged nicely. The remote that came with was nit correct and wouldn't allow me to set up right away. I contacted seller and they responded right away and resolved the issue by refunding the amount of a new remote for the device. Overall, I'm happy with this product and the way the seller resolved the issue with communicating and offering to replace the remote.
