I have received a partial refund which is not adequate so now awaiting response from supplier

I was in contact with the shipper regarding the tracking. This is out of the shipper's control, but once the item reached the USA, the only tracking info stated that the item was in route to its delivery system's destination. It arrived today...I'm happy with the product and the shipper's willingness to look in to the location and delivery date of this item. More bubble wrap to prevent the item from moving around inside the sturdy cardboard box. I appreciate the extra effort taken to ensure my item approved without damage. Fast shipping with tracking provided. Item description was very accurate and the price was a steal.
