Good communication and a willingness to work with the customer. The mix-up delayed the transaction but it worked out in the end. As for the item itself, I'm satisfied with the ring, although I do wish the moonstone stood out a little more as it's a little dull; however, I suppose that fits the rough aesthetic of the rings overall design.
