  Actually not to hard to fix , seller packaged in plastic bag provided protection if parcel had gotten wet a nice touch .not sure how swift dispach was because I never got any communication from seller , it arrived and the fault soon rectified. Am pleased with item seller could have done more re communication. 👌

  Unfortunately the player suffered in transit and did not work when received. However the seller immediately offered a return and full refund, so I rate the transaction as a positive one, It was not the sellers fault, I have no doubt the player was working when dispatched to me. It was well packaged so no fault on the sellers part. Communications about the problem were kind and courteous. So, I'm disappointed not to have the player, but relieved the problem was sorted out quickly.
