The spout that came with this can was damaged either in a warehouse or during shipping. I sent pictures of the damaged box and broken spout and asked how to proceed. With the information provided a replacement spout is on the way to be delivered tomorrow. Customer service like this is what creates return customers, of which I will be one.

Grainger finally reached out to say futies are owed. Fine. Trying to pay or contact someone online was terrible. People I dealt with personally at their office were great.
