I am a very small business where every penny, every box counts. I emailed Grainger about the damage and they immediately responded with a positive message to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved within minutes. Replacement boxes arrived the next day. I highly recommend this company due to their excellent customer service, the quality of their products cost of products, and fast shipping. Highly Recommended!!!

The spout that came with this can was damaged either in a warehouse or during shipping. I sent pictures of the damaged box and broken spout and asked how to proceed. With the information provided a replacement spout is on the way to be delivered tomorrow.
