Happily I received the boots in a very small package only to open the package to find my new boots were smashed/folded and crumpled into a very small shape. I'm a boot lover and boot companies ship in boot size boxes so that boots fit in their normal shape. When I expressed how upset I was about it, the shipper turned it around and said I didn't respect them. CRUMPLED/SHMASED/folded boots sent to me is disrespectful!
