I was told to "try another store". They did however refund partial payment. Cool, so i got a ugly misprinted strap from a company that makes great straps (I own several). So this is on the seller for lack of customer service and improper description. I still want the strap that was described when purchased. I still got ripped cuz this is not the strap in the picture.

No bubble wrap, only the flimsy plastic post bag that offers no protection at all. I wish the drain was on the right side as it would suit my sink better but I will make do until someone makes one, it's a perfect size.
