Doesn’t seem to care about/understand basic contract obligations, or the most basic customer care. Whiny, rude, slow, self serving seller. I only wanted to explain that a few rings were damaged during production, and rather than ship you a flawed piece, I took the time (and cost) to make sure you received the best one.
