The sellers were communicative and offered a refund but we settled on a partial refund, this was acceptable but whats next was absolutely not. The laptop also arrived with a dying cmos and a battery that was extremely swollen. This makes me assume the laptop wasn't tested and inspected properly.

The seller answered my questions immediately and shipped it very quickly, in sufficiently reliable packaging. Good communication, they packaged both machines into one box well, very neat for being used and does not deviate from description.
