The seller is very good at communicating. The seller kept me updated. Even letting me know about the shipping error. When she arrived she was a little squished. Her face was pushed in and her arm was misshaped. But, I took her out of the box, which was too small, and let her have time to pop back into shape. Which she did! She looks great now.
