After waiting 42 days for this seller to dispatch my item (while they ignored my messages asking for an update), on the 31st of July I was left with no choice but to file a dispute so that eBay could refund my money. The conduct of this seller is not only unprofessional - it is downright SHAMEFUL

Before writing this review I gave them a chance and waited 4 days after sending them the first text since mistakes happen and it's not the end of the world but they ignored all my texts and my issue wasn't resolved!!!
