I was a little skeptical purchasing because the consoles only had place holder pictures so you practically can’t tell what you are going to get but in this case I got a beautiful, basically new 3ds LL Console

Both times, the items arrived 2-3 days after purchase, all the way from Japan. And the items always look brand new. The way the items are packaged is more like art. Very precise bubble wrapping inside a Japanese box. It is clear that this seller cares about the items being shipped out. I always smile when I unbox an item from this seller. I can't recommend him enough

Ended up having to return the item, and there is a bit of a language barrier, but the seller was understanding and the refund was processed promptly. Very happy with the customer service.
