Not only that, calling AT&T they stated it's not eligible to be unlocked. This is a paperweight. Additionally, though in good shape, the phone is definitely not just 'open box' as the housing had multiple little nicks. Super frustrated as it became a nightmare midway through trying to activate with a new provider. On the product spec you mentioned, it is new with an open box. The service is excellent. The other very crucial thing is, the delivery person leaves the phone on the floor. I think this is wrong; he should deliver to my apartment or put it in the parcel pending box. Putting electronics on the flower is not secure; there is a high possibility of loss. Please resolve this.
