The shams are in excellent condition and described as such. Retail value was on the shams package and therefore I received an excellent value when purchasing them. I wasn't sure they would match the quilt I bought from another source, but they are perfect and make the set. Seller was in contact with me regarding the question I posed to her, and I definitely would recommend her as a seller. A++++
