      The package came very secure and everything inside was in perfect condition. The box, however was missing one piece which was not disclosed so I messaged the seller and he immediately responded, apologized for the error, and refunded me the amount that it would cost me to purchase the missing piece separately. I am very happy with the customer service and with my purchase. I would repurchase from them in the future!

      One couldn't ask for a more trustworthy and communicative seller! The item was shipped in a timely manner and packaged protectively. It was exactly as pictured and in excellent condition, worth every penny. It's actually kind of small for me -- not due to any failure of description on the seller's part - but I'm keeping it anyway and may pass it along to a slimmer friend as a gift - it's that nice!
