I had to manually recover the BIOS using a USB drive, which originally gave me a bad feeling due to the issues with my original motherboard. That process was relatively simple. Seller was quick to answer a question I had regarding functionality of the motherboard, however what they said goes against what I witnessed, as if the motherbaord was tested, I would not have needed to reflash the BIOS myself.

Seller gave a 100% refund when the return was given to them. Can't say anything about their products, but their customer service at least is not worthy of complaint.

I removed the shipping tape placed by the manufacturer from the printer. Ink was still sealed in plastic bags. Basically a new printer. Installed today, works great. I recommend this seller. Everything was as promised.
