Then read on Just for reference I was scoring low 20s and hella inconsistent on Science. As someone who is strong in humanities and hates stem, Science and Math were obviously my struggle. And yes even though its kinda like a glorified reading section. I was scoring 35s/36s on Reading and that def did not happen on Science. I realized tbh its just anxiety and feeling comfortable with the section that really helps with the score. SO my biggest help was getting the "master key to ACT science" on amazon. This book literally covered and broke down EVERY single pattern and trend on the ACT science. And I know that because I've done every Science section from 2009 on. And the author literally put patterns I've seen in the early 2010s science sections, that's how thorough he is. I recommend reading the book and taking notes while doing it. Follow his approach of tackiling the questions first. Then look for indicators of either graphs/tables. Then using that info to answer the questions. I think the real reason this book shines is the IMMENSE amount of practice you get with EACH trend/pattern. Thoughtful and insightful advice for each different trend. And it literally covers EVERYTHING you need to know. This book (and doing every science section from 2009+ on which I think was too much looking back) raised my low 20s science score to a 36 on the Sept. test." The only problem is a recurring one with this seller and other similar sellers - the book is poorly packaged in a plastic envelope and gets heavily bumped in shipping. I would like to see the books wrapped before shipment, but I understand this can't be done for cost reason. Luckily it isn't an expensive book, and I will continue to purchase basic books from this seller. A+++++

Value priced and I'm glad I made the purchase as this is an excellent read. However, the book was mailed loose inside an over-sized plastic bag without any protection. Wrapped in a bubble wrap jacket would be a big help. A book can take a beating in USPS transit without some buffer. I can't tell if the bumps and dings were original or occurred in transit. I'd prefer to pay for shipping than have it sent with no protection.
