I bought six of these Z80s based on the description, expecting 20Mhz CMOS parts. I received the Z80s quickly and at a good cost. However after getting them, they were clearly remarked chips. After testing them, all were CMOS and would pass as 12Mhz CMOS parts. I contacted Chip Datas and they refunded me and sent over a small gift for my trouble. Their customer support was actually very good and timely.

This seller customer care service worts a couple of words: I had to manage with them about a less number of received pieces. They answered to my emails right away and positively solved the problem. They quickly sent the remaining pieces with no charge to myself. Bottom line: 10/10 for the pieces and 10/10 for the customer service.
