I bought six of these Z80s based on the description, expecting 20Mhz CMOS parts. I received the Z80s quickly and at a good cost. However after getting them, they were clearly remarked chips. After testing them, all were CMOS and would pass as 12Mhz CMOS parts. I contacted Chip Datas and they refunded me and sent over a small gift for my trouble.
