I had multiple items from this seller and they packaged all my items together and well wrapped. I especially liked that they placed my tiny items in a small Ziplock bag and taped it to the receipt so it did not get lost or accidentally thrown out with the packaging material. I would definitely purchase from this seller again!

Something was loose inside the cabin and they said to go ahead and open the packaging to investigate, that they would do their best to assist. It was nothing that would require an exchange. They had the best price on eBay, and I received the cabin quickly. I highly recommend this seller, and I would buy from them again.

Manufacturer’s packaging missing one of the four pins used to connect the containers to each other. As of now, works fine with three pins. Should note that vendor shipped the worn item. Quickly responded and resolved the problem. Shipped the correct item and provided a return label for the wrong one. Great customer service.
