Quality very good with a nice size screen. Packaged in outer brown box, but inner box was the original packaging with hardly any dents. For the price I paid, I am very happy. This size dvd (12") would cost me over twice on the high street, what I paid for this portable dvd player. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again.
