The broken part was not in the box, so I could not fix it if I wanted to. As a seller myself I believe in keeping the customer happy, and when sell something that gets broken then I replace it, not barter. I said no, i want a full refund. Seller claimed their business was too small to give a a full refund. The item is no good and going in the rubbish. Very poor service
