The Computer was a quality item (to my specification) at very sensible prices. Great communications- answered promptly! Andy is a very knowledgeable guy and helped to make the transaction so much easier. These guy's do Ebaying as it should be and set a high standard (which others could learn from). Well done Guy's- a real pleasure! (I will be back!)

The laptop I ordered was no longer available, so Andy offered me a three-way choice for a similar standard (or better). Very happy with the replacement (Dell Latitude), which was exactly as described, well-packaged, and promptly delivered. I can heartily recommend this seller!

The seller did offer to change the cover with us sending the defective item back first. Not really an ideal solution as we needed this quite quickly. Item was packaged well so this was defective before being packed and shipped. PC functioned as described so still worth a positive feedback as we can see they are fairly new to the scene.

I had a small issue with one PC that was almost certainly my fault but I received swift and excellent advice that sorted the problem. From my point of view, it's the customer service that makes the difference. Highly recommended.
