One of the items didn't survive an obvious jab/impact to the box during shipping. i contacted the seller through the ebay app immediately and the issue had been resolved to my satisfaction in very short turnaround. The seller was generous, polite, offered options and sincere apologies, leaving me wanting to give the *seller* a refund for his troubles (smiling). I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
