Got the same problem on another keyboard (not purchased from this seller), so I do not blame the seller but it may be something I'm doing wrong. No problems, got a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and I'm very happy.

Shipping was fast and motherboard came as exactly described (it also came in its original Dell Box in its great condition). It functions perfectly and good for the price! Should there be something great here at a good price in the future, I'll be happy to buy from this seller again. 10/10.

It looked brand new, as you can see in the photo. Unfortunately, I made an error in my research and the card ended up being too big for my case (100% my fault, nothing to do with the seller). They responded very quickly when I reached out and they accepted my return request no problem. 10/10 would buy from them again.

Due to the very well thought out packing job by the seller, it managed to arrive completely un-damaged even though the US postal service tried their best to bend it in half.
