Yodel Livechat also useless, just said "You can,t type just now". Evenually got a yodel text to say delivery would be on Saturday 27th, didn,t happen but the parcel did arrive the next day. Time from purchase to receipt was 15 days. Seller considering change to Hermes,hope they do.

Irwin of passer-by’s even ignored del option of leaving it with neighbour this postal service has done this several times luckily the parcels have not been taken and I’m honest left this feedback so sellers are aware as a buyer I’m covered but that’s not the point I hope this feedback will help
