Courier (yodel) dire. kept parcel for 8 days without movement. tracking just said "We have your parcel" . Automated telephone said the same. Yodel Livechat also useless, just said "You can,t type just now". Evenually got a yodel text to say delivery would be on Saturday 27th, didn,t happen but the parcel did arrive the next day. Time from purchase to receipt was 15 days. Seller considering change to Hermes,hope they do.

HOWEVER ITS NEGATIVE FOR EVRI. ITS 2nd PARCEL LEFT DUMPED OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN. DID NOT RING BELL. I WAS IN EACH TIME. WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN HAD I NOT CHECK MY EMAILS. 1ST ONE SAID THEY LEFT IT SECURELY AT BACK DOOR. DONT KNOW HOW. CAUSE YOU WOULD NEED TO BE A CLIMBER TO GET OVER MY HIGH LOCKED BACK GATE, TO LEAVE THE PARCEL. EVRI ARE SHOCKING. EBAY should have a separate feedback section for the courier.
