The infinitely variable tilt design is brilliant and the stowaway side table really useful! Would very much recommend these chairs to anyone. Price was very good and service excellent.

The shipping of the product however leaves a lot to be desired ! The complete wheel & shaft was inside a box without any packing materials at all. Consequently the wheel and the winding handle had punctured the box in several places and had almost 'escaped' ! The package was so distressed that the delivery driver was ashamed of its condition,explaining that it arrived at her depot in that state. MORE PACKING!!

I got a message from the carrier Evri on the 14th saying it was delayed. It was delivered late on Monday 16th. I have found repeatedly that whenever Evri has been the carrier this delay has occurred. I recommend you discontinue Evri and use a better carrier. The item was exactly as ordered. Thank you. Mike.
