The laptop I ordered was no longer available, so Andy offered me a three-way choice for a similar standard (or better). Very happy with the replacement (Dell Latitude), which was exactly as described, well-packaged, and promptly delivered. I can heartily recommend this seller!

The seller did offer to change the cover with us sending the defective item back first. Not really an ideal solution as we needed this quite quickly. Item was packaged well so this was defective before being packed and shipped. PC functioned as described so still worth a positive feedback as we can see they are fairly new to the scene.
