It was exactly as described, and I got it at a great price in my opinion. I bought 3 different items through his auctions, and I didn't have to ask for combined shipping. But I did receive a refund for some of the shipping charges that I didn't ask for. This makes Neon65 a great seller on eBay for doing the right thing for his customers, even his 1st time buyers like me. Neon65 is now one of my go to guys for me

Shipping was fast and the seller gave me a refund for combined shipping. Items arrived carefully packaged. Items were as described, except for one of the coin boxes that had slight damage and somebody had taped it previously. This is not a big deal as I am planning to resell the coins on that particular box for bullion. If I had wanted to keep everything as a collection instead I would have returned it
