Either the idle screw was machined too low in the carb body which will not move the slide high enough to move the slide up and increase rpm . Or the slide was machined incorrectly . Be prepared to rejet (SL 100) as it is starved for fuel especially on main jet . You get what you pay for . I am not rebuilding my old one.
