    When I first received the item, the shipping company had shattered the hatch. I reached out to the seller and let him know. Lucky for me, the seller called me and had amazing communication with me from start to finish. He told me that they would ship another hatch to me, no strings attached, and that he was sorry about the situation. New package finally got here with extra packaging and hatch is in great shape, and exactly as described. Great value and customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
