Sadly the laptop I purchased had a fault and had to be returned but the customer service I received was so excellent that this potentially stressful situationwas made easy. It surprised me that any question I had was responded to within an hour and always in a helpful and polite way. The price I paid gave very good value and so I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
